The course consists of 20 academic hours of lectures, combining theory and practical demonstrations of Python programming in the Google Colab environment, along with hands-on exercises for participants to practice independently.

Throughout the course, participants will learn how to use dedicated Python libraries for Machine Learning, load datasets, train models, and evaluate the results of their models.

• Participants will be able to differentiate between various Machine Learning approaches and understand how to select the appropriate method for a given problem, particularly in the medical domain and beyond.​

• Gain an understanding of the model training process, including the importance of data collection and ensuring its quality.

Requirements

This course is designed for individuals with at least a Bachelor's degree and a basic background in probability and algebra, who are interested in gaining practical exposure to the world of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare. Knowledge in Python is highly recommended.
