Welcome to AI.ME, a mobile communication application owned and operated by AI.ME Systems. By accessing or using our Application, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use Agreement. If you do not agree to comply with these terms, you are not authorized to use the Application. Users of AI.ME must be at least 13 years of age or older, and by using AI.ME, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
 

You also agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. In using our Application, you agree that all intellectual property in the Application, including but not limited to any software, code, and content, belongs solely and exclusively to AI.ME Systems. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, including those related to intellectual property rights and data protection.

Your use of AI.ME is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. You are responsible for your conduct while using the Application and for any data, text, information, and other content that you submit via the Application. You may not use the Application for any illegal activities or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. AI.ME Systems reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
 

Any changes to these terms will be posted on this page, with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after such updates will constitute acceptance of the new terms. AI.ME Systems also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion for any reason. In terms of liability, AI.ME Systems will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration rather than through court proceedings.\

​For limitations and liability, you expressly understand and agree that AI.ME Systems shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI.ME Systems operates.
